A New Jersey Supreme Court certified Matrimonial Law Specialist, Salvatore Simeone has been practicing law in Morris County and northern New Jersey since 1994. Mr. Simeone is one of fewer than 150 attorneys in the entire state to have earned the Supreme Court's certification. Mr. Simeone has an especially strong background with high conflict custody cases, custodial parent relocation, domestic violence issues and complex asset valuations.
David O'Sullivan, M.B.A., J.D., earned his law degree in 1992. Before partnering with Mr. Simeone, Mr. O'Sullivan spent several years in private practice, performed complex property valuations and worked for Ernst & Young consulting with Fortune 100 companies. Today, his real world business and financial experience has proven particularly valuable in complex divorce cases that involve valuation of professional practices, family-owned businesses, stocks, stock options and other high-value assets.
Lynda Picinic served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Deborah L. Ustas, Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, Bergen County. Since that time, she has devoted her practice to matrimonial and other related family matters. While attending Pace University School of Law, Ms. Picinic represented victims of domestic violence from the intake/interview stage through the final disposition in New York's Westchester County Family Court under a student practice order. She continues to provide pro bono representation for indigent domestic violence victims for the Jersey Battered Women's Shelter and Partners for Women and Justice. Ms. Picinic is admitted to the practice of Law in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York.
